Katy Joy Freeman is our resident Teletherapy Expert who is warm, thoughtful and genuinely inquisitive in getting to the root of your struggles.   Clients feel comfortable immediately, and you’ll be surprised at just how quickly she can help you understand the issues you are concerned about – and what you can do about them.  With her depth of experience in psychotherapy and therapeutic coaching, she has helped many clients get relief from trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.  She offers a brief complimentary phone call to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Therapeutic Coaching Services

Coaching focuses on where you are Now and where you Want to go! The sessions are generally between 30-50 minutes with the option of adding in issue-specific follow-ups in between sessions.  Coaching is not a therapy model, but rather a focused approach to identifying and addressing multiple types of issues that might be preventing you from moving forward at your desired speed and effect.

5 Minute Sharp Focus daily sessions may be part of your plan or

decision or solving a specific problem.
