This small group format provides safety for participants to share thoughts and feelings with other individuals who experience similar groupclsg3challenges. Having perspectives from both men and women can provide a deeper understanding of personal relationship dynamics.  The group provides support and a non-judgmental environment where participants have an opportunity to learn regulation skills that allows for enhanced life and relationship satisfaction. Rafael Cortina, LMFT, Mood Disorder Specialist, will guide and facilitate group interaction through group process and a guided life skills format. The Group will begin on Monday 10/28 from 11-12:20 p.m. The Group is held weekly and is limited to 7 participants.
