NOURISH- REST – RESTORE – RECEIVE.
January 18&19th in the Living Room, Del Mar 10am-5pm. Saturday and 11am to 5pm Sunday.
It’s time to nourish, rest, restore and receive. We receive more information on a day-to-day basis than we were ever meant to receive. Our nervous systems are compromised, and anxiety and depression is on the rise. Restorative yoga classes are meant to realign our bodies with their natural rhythms. We use blankets, blocks, straps, and bolsters to help us relax and rest deeply and completely into a pose. During deep relaxation all the organ systems of the body are allowed to rest. One of the best things we can do for ourselves is balance our daily lives with restorative yoga.
February 21, 22 & 23. Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 10am to 5pm. Sunday 11am to 5pm.

INTRODUCTION TO DIETIES
February 21, 22 & 23. Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday 10am to 5pm. Sunday 11am to 5pm.
For three days we will explore the main
players of the Hindu Pantheon. Be captivated by the power, stories and myths behind Shiva, Ganesh, Kali, Durga, Lakshmi, Saravasti and Parvati. Deities are real – they are
beings of light, energy bodies, they show up as people in your life, and they live within you. Believe me? Invoking these powers are simple and at the same time, sacred. There is so much power that can be gained in the mantra, and mystery behind the stories. Gain a reverence for this practice and invoke their power into your daily life. Learn: The stories behind these Deities; The meaning behind their tools and mystical powers; Asana, mantra, and meditation to invoke these energies; What it means to own a Murti and the power behind the practice; How to set up your alter to invoke the Deity. Bring your yoga mat, writing utensil, and a journal. Open to students and teachers alike! 25 hours of CEUs.
June 8th through 12th. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For 5 days we will explore your energy body, your emotions, or more specifically, your chakras, which are directing your life. Not your mind like we may have been taught, but your chakra system: that which you cannot even see and are not educated on until you are much older, when the patterns are deeply set. Most people are unaware of where they are recreating patterns in their life that are unsupportive of their true path. They spend years, maybe their entire life, recreating the same “looped” story over and over again, with no idea why. Learn: About 7 of the many Chakras in your physical body; How disorders in your energy body shows up as disease in your physical body; Locations (anatomical, internal organs, and subtle) of each Chakra Practices to clear and heal karmic loops located in your charka system

October 2nd through 4th. Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 10am to 5pm. Sunday 11am to 5pm.
In the three days we have together we will learn new tools on how to sequence your class (or home practice) from a place of intuition. When we listen to our bodies and stay connected to our students, we will know exactly “where to go next” with our class format. Design a class that is dynamic and flowing; using a template that covers it all. Learn how to dive deeper into the practice of yoga and share that connecting with others through theming your class.
