A Special 8-Week Course for Parents who are Divorced or Pending Divorce

Divo1The “Parenting After Divorce” group is an 8-week psycho-educational series. This group will offer support for single and re-married parents, address co-parenting concerns, and provide opportunities to brainstorm dilemmas. Each week Heather will present a topic such as communicating with your ex or improving transitions to guide a structured discussion. The group requires the full 8-week commitment. Group members will have the opportunity to process information relevant to their specific concerns.
