Our therapists use Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic Approaches, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Therapy, Strategic Therapy, Techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic, Humanistic Psychotherapy and Somatic Approaches. Sessions are in 50 or 90 minute increments
The Center offers “in house” psychiatric services for clients in need of evaluation, medication management, psychiatric therapy and related services. Treatment for Mood Disorders, Compulsions, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder and a wide range of women’s issues. Of particular note is that these services are integrated in our team approach to treatment, and this means our psychiatrist works hand in hand with our therapists to yield the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Together with concentration on how acculturation and cultural values influence behaviors and attitudes, sense of self-worth and coping, we conduct therapy within the context of the client’s value and belief system, and with appreciation of extended family systems.
Counseling individuals and spouses living with Out of Control Sexual Behavior/Sex Addiction, we provide a range of related treatment modalities. Our work focuses on personal healing, boundaries and stepping outside of dependency issues. Individual sex addiction treatment as well as small group for those within the family constellation of sex addiction is provided.
